Withdrawal instructions

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Mats Echterhoff, c/o Chatbyte GmbH, Mühlenkamp 31, 22303 Hamburg, Germany, email: support@brewquester.com, by means of a clear statement, for example by email or letter, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may also use the online withdrawal function at /en/withdrawal-instructions#widerruf. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

If you expressly request that Brewquester begins providing paid digital services before the withdrawal period expires, and we provide the service accordingly, you may be required to pay a reasonable amount for the service already provided up to the time of withdrawal, where permitted by law. For digital content or digital services, the right of withdrawal may expire early under the statutory conditions if you expressly consent to performance beginning before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal as a result.
